无线电话的条件

信里告诉我们说：

Calls to Mobile & Other Fixed Lines - 30 sen/min
Free DECT Phone - Kindly bring along this letter to any TM Point to get the free DECT Phone.

Dear Valued Customers，

Telekom Malaysai Berhad（TM)wishes to inform you that application for Pekej RM10 has been processed。 The effective of this package is on 10 NOV 2009 and the first charges for this package will be billed on 10 DEC 2009.

Kindly refer to the above table of your Pakej RM10.

More detailed information on the benefits of the Pakej RM10 that you have subscribed to is enclosed with the letter. Should you wish to cancel your subscription to this package please visit the nearest TMpoint outlet,however an administration fee RM50 will be imposed if the termination of the package is less than 6 months from effective date.

Talk to your heart's content with total clarify, without any interruptions only RM10!

Note:
Should you wish to cancel your subscription, kindly do so before or as soon as you received your first Pakej RM10 bill in order to get the necessary adjustment. Cancellations made after the second of consecutive bills are printed will not be eligible for any adjustments.

1) FREE unlimited Local Calls
Calls to any TM Fixed Line numbers in your town will not cost anything!Make calls to Fixed Line numbers for unlimited savings!

2) FREE unlimited National Calls to TM Fixed Line at all times
Distance no longer matters - talk as long as frequent you like , without being billed for the calls. Another reason to make calls to TM Fixed Line numbers!

3) Flat rate charge to any mobile network and other fixed lines
All call to mobile and other fixed lines within Malaysai will be charge at 30 sen/minute only.

4) Minimum Subscription period
Minimum subscription period is 6 months.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) Pekej RM10(the 'package') is a pricing package offered by Telekom Malaysia Berhad(TM)to its Residential Stremyx Customers. These terms and conditions(the 'T&C')of subscription to TM Homeline.

2) The telephone number registered with the Package must be registered under Customer's individual's name(the'Customer')and for resident use only.

3) The Customer shall not at any times resell the Package.

4) TM reserves the right to terminate the Customer's subscription to the Package in the event that the Customer breaches Clauses 2 and /for 3 stated above.

5) The Package does not include any installation fees for any new installation of TM and one-time charges of installation and service activation for Streamyx.

6) The Package monthly fee shall still be imposed even if TM Homeline of Streamyx account is suspended.

7) The Customer hereby acknowledge that TM shall have the right to share the Customer's data with TM's related companies for the purpose of marketing activities in respect or products and services of TM and/or its related companies from time to time as TM deems fit Provided Always that, TM and its related companies that received such data shall observe the applicable confidentiality obligation as imposed under the terms and conditions for the subscription to TM Homeline or Streamyx and shall abide by the same strictly.

8) Notwithstanding the above,TM reserves the right to reject the application or request the Customers to furnish further details or documents as TM deems fit and necessary without assigning any reason whatsoever.

9) TM reserves the right to update or amend or revise the T&C from time to time. TM may give notice to the Customers in such a manner as TM deems appropriate.
