不过它只有650g重。

The Official rules of the game of Petanque:
Petanque is a sport in which
1. (triples) - 2 players play against 3 players;
2. (Doubles) - 2 players play against 2 players;
3. (Singles) - 1 player plays against 1 player.
In triples each player uses 2 baules;
In doules and singles each player uses 3 boules.

No other version of the game is allowed.
Article 2a-Characteristics of Approved Boules.
Petanque is played with boules which are approved by the F.I.P.J.P.(International Petanque Federation)and which conform to the following ciriteria.
1. To be made of metal;
2. To have a dimeter between 7.05cm.(minimum)and 8.00cm.(maximum);
3. To have a weight between 650 grams(minimum)and 800grams(maximum). The trade mark of the manufacterer and the weitht must be imprinted on the boules and must always be legible.
4. They must not be lead or sand filled. As a general rule, the boules must not be tampered with in any way, nor altered or modified fter machining by the approved manufacterer.

Penalties for non-conforming Boules:
Re-tempering the boules in order to modity the hardness applied by the manufacterer is forbidden.
Neverthless, the player's name and forename of initials may be engraced on them, as well as various logos, initials and acronyms i accordance with the manufacterer's specification.
A player guilty of breaking the above condition(4) is immediately disqualified from the competition together with his or her team mate/s.

For boules said to be "tampered with "or" re-tempered the player risks withdrawal of his or her licence for a period as defined in the Code of Discipline, together with any other penaliies imposedby his or her Association's Disciplinary Committee.

他还给我一本小册子阅读。
是一本由泰国印的书。
里边有泰语外，也有英文。
我向他借回来看。
“我明天还给你！”我对第一次见面的马来同胞说。

有关这种叫作Petanque的说明书。
一共有三种颜色
黄色的一本是说明此种球的历史故事。
是用国语书写。
蓝色跟水红色是“Cara Sukan Petanque Dimain。”
教我们怎样去玩的方法。
全部都是国语的字。
我看得不是很懂。
特别是黄色的那一张。

运动场上的风光。
远处是本地最高楼的建筑物。
我常常称它为《十层楼》的。
是政府部门的办公室。

运动场上有很多马来同胞在踢足球。
对足球的玩法，我也是蒙查查。
只看到他们踢来踢去的。
在操场上跑过来跑过去的。
有时球会被他们踢得老远到草场外。
总之是看得不明白。

在运动场一边的小空地上。
时常看到有老少马来同胞在那儿玩一种银色的小球。
他们多数是男生。
曾经有几次看到他们把球丢向前方。
因为是第一次看到这种球。
所以会很好奇的走上前询问。
有一个穿着奶黄色上半衣的男子坐在石灰上。
他当时没有玩。
我问他那是什么球。
他跟我说了。
说好我走了。
因为记不住球的名称。
我再经过他们时，我又停在篱笆外。
我再次问他。
他又很好意地回答了。
此时，另一个马来同胞走过来。
他邀请我进他们的小天地看个清楚。
说着，他就去他的红色车里拿出几张说明书给我及另外一个旁观妇女跟小孩。
为了要知道更多有关这方面的知识。
我走了进去。
“轮胎是我们练丢球的距离。那边的人有两队人在玩。”给我手册的人说。
“谁丢最近那粒小红球的就是胜利，可以拿到分数。小红球是Jack（应该是目标的意思）。”是教练的马来同胞解释说。
他后来给我他的部落格地址。
“我看你好像很兴趣的样子。我给你看一本泰国语的说明书。你就会知道更多这种球的历史。我的部落格里有很详细的说明。你有空就上去看看吧！”他说。
