(这里指的《老屋》是指娘家的房子。它已经是52岁了。前几天，听到三嫂说有一个来自诗巫半路的华人要来买屋子的材料，作他建燕屋用的。听了之后心里有阵子的悲哀。老家就如此没了。告诉外地弟兄姐们，大家都有点伤感。六哥说，他可以从中想到很多往事-----看到我们几个小的在前院跑来跑去，有时跟在父母的身边-----。老屋不见时，我们就会越想念它！）

For all the sentimental attachments to the birthplace house - make very sure you snap a few pictures of it before it goes into history.
刚刚五哥在电话里说的话，跟你说的是同样意思的话：“当他们从屋顶慢慢拆下时，拍一些相片吧！拍到只剩下柱子时，再帮我拍几张。以后我们把相片倒转再看一回，就会从中知道整间屋子的沟造及怎样建法！我们要留着给下一代看。”
我会去拍的！其实之前曾经拍了一些屋里的房
间，很有纪念性的老屋。
