hi, how r u? really long time not e-mail with aunty. i
had read ur blog. from ur blog know tat u r sick. wish
u recover already.
here i hav some info about constipation. wish it
useful for u.last time i had fren also same case with
u. then the doctor advise her eat brown rice, oat
bread, papaya. Aviod white rice, white bread,
chocolate, milo and ice-cream. everyday should take at
least 25g fibre or 5 serving fruits and
vegetable.besides, excersice always and drink a lot
water.the doctor also advise her need change her diet
start from now.
