REMINDER

Dear Sir,

RE: NOTICE TO STOP SWIFTLETS FARMING

It has been brought to my attention that the building/structure on land known as Lot No. 1 Kedang Land District is used for swiftlet farming. You are the registered proprietor/person having control of the said land. No notice has been issued to you under the Wild Life Protection Ordinance, 1998(Cap 26) and Rule 17 of the Wild Life Protection(edible Birds' Nests)Rules, 1998.

2. In the premises you have commited an offence under Section 33(2)(b) and Section 35(1) of the Wild Life Protection Ordinance, 1998(Cap 26).

3. Strictly without prejudice to any procecution taht may be initiated against you for the offences you have committed, take notice that you are required to stop illegal swiftlet farming on the said building or structure by 31 December 2008. If you fail to comply herewith, appropriate action will be taken against you under the said laws without further reference to you.
