First of all, thank you very much for your help with our researcher months ago.

As your article has just been scheduled for our April issue, we need to get a photo of two to go with the text. Could you kinfly email/send us a couple of your preferable/nicest pictures with you(and only you)shown on them? If you have an additional one which the teacher you mentioned in the article can be found, it could be much appreciated if you could also send that one to us. 你好！
谢谢你的来信，告知一切有关相片及你们香港地址的事。
本来，我只寄我的相片给你们。老师的家人都移民到星加坡。他的相片还是我从他以前去世时留下的报刊里剪下再拿去弄成的。有点不大明，希望能够用。
涂写20多年，此次的拙作还是第一回被你们看重。谢谢你们的鼓励。

（此得奖作品后来簦在04年4月份的中文「读者文摘」里。有关当局送我两本，封面是台湾著名支持人小燕姐。此书一出版，老师的大儿子在清明节回乡扫墓时对我说，他买了很多本书送给他的亲戚朋友们作记念。）
