We finally got your returned check in trhe bulk mailings.
We would like to confirm taht we will re-issue a crossed HK$ check(equivalent to NT$2,215.00) in the name of "XXXX XXXX XXXX" as your instruction.
Reader's Digest will not issue an uncrossed check to anybody. It is company policy.
We hope this arrangement is fine with you. We always issue US$ check to Malaysian readers and they don't have any problems in clearing checks so far. We would be highly appreciated if you could check clearly with your bank whether they accept HK$ check in English name. Hope we can settle it asd soon as possible.

Please write my English name as the Chinese name here is not so popular, on the check. Also, please do not cross the check because I have no saving a/c in Sibu, which is the nearest town from mine. What I want is that I can claim the amount straight away! Thank You.
